Ms. Townes-Whitley joined CGI in May 2010, and is responsible for the successful delivery of
services to CGI’s federal clients in Core Agencies with a dominant ERP portfolio. As the head of
the Core Agencies portfolio of accounts, Toni is responsible for driving business development and
ensuring high-quality delivery to our clients. She joins the CGI Federal Management Committee
as well as Donna Morea’s U.S.-level Cabinet team, which encompasses a select group of U.S.
executives across CGI who are responsible for driving the strategy and growth of the U.S.

Prior to joining CGI, Ms. Townes-Whitley served as Vice President for the Global Public Sector,
System Integration and Consulting at Unisys Corporation. Most recently, Toni was responsible for
strategy, business development, and client service for Unisys’ public sector consulting, systems
integration and application services across the North America, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia-
Pacific regions. Formerly, she served as Vice President and Managing Partner for Unisys Global
Industries in North America where she led a $200M P&L for the financial, transportation,
telecommunications, and public sector industry groups.

Toni is a recognized leader in the IT market, currently serving as President of Women in
Technology (WIT) which promotes women’s advancement in all fields of technology. She is also a
member of the Executive Council for The Women’s Center of Northern Virginia. A writer and
presenter on topics of IT innovation and application, Toni has collaborated with and/or presented
to such organizations as Council for Excellence in Government, the Minority Enterprise Executive
Council, Industry Advisory Council, Princeton University, NYU, and numerous others.
Ms. Townes-Whitley is a graduate of Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and has
received Certifications from Wharton Executive Education, NYU, and the Performance
Management Institute.
