Gerald F. (Jerry) Woolever is the Vice President of Department of Homeland Security Accounts for ACS, A Xerox Company. Jerry’s responsibilities include the development and execution of the ACS Federal long-range account plan for the DHS customer set, support for all DHS sales and delivery activities, and overall DHS customer relations.

Jerry has more than 30 years experience in operations and program management in industry and with the U.S. Coast Guard, including major acquisitions oversight, logistics systems development, human resources and governmental relations. Rear Admiral (Retired) Woolever’s previous leadership roles included Commander, Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific; Chief of Acquisition at USCGHQ; director of all Coast Guard operations on the northern border of the U.S.; Assistant Commandant; chief operating officer of a wholesale distribution company in North Carolina; program executive for the Boeing Company’s Integrated Defense Systems in Anaheim, California; and SVP/GM for Field Operations for a logistics company in Northern Virginia.

Jerry is married with two grown children and three grandchildren, and lives in Leesburg, Virginia.
