Dennis Stolkey is senior vice president of the U.S. Public Sector for HP Enterprise Services. He is responsible for the business unit’s performance and relationships with U.S. federal, state, and local government customers and senior military officers. Stolkey most recently held a similar position at EDS, now HP. He reports to Senior Vice President and General Manager Joe Eazor.

Previously, Stolkey led several key areas within EDS, including vice president of U.S. Communications, Media & Entertainment. In addition, he led Global Network Design and Operations. He also had executive oversight for aspects of the EDS Bank of America account.

Stolkey also served as vice president of the U.S. Communications industry group, and as president of EDS General Motors (GM) North America.

Stolkey joined EDS in 1985 to support telecommunications initiatives. In 1989, he became division vice president. He was appointed vice president of Airline Services in 1993 and later named division vice president of Airline Services and Global Airline Accounts.

From 1995 to 1997, Stolkey held various presidential positions within the Travel, Transportation, and Logistics strategic business unit and eventually led this unit. Late in 1997, he assisted EDS and GM in developing new information technology outsourcing (ITO) products.

Stolkey was senior executive for the EDS BellSouth account in 1998. Later, he was promoted to president, Information Solutions. Before joining EDS, Stolkey spent 20 successful years in the telecommunications industry.
